Job Details

• Salary: Starting at $27.50 - $30.50 / hour (Based on tenure)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift & Schedule: Evening/Night shift (Starts at 18:00 or 21:00), Overtime available, Weekend availability required (3 Saturdays per month)

• Guaranteed Pay: Guaranteed 8 hours of pay per day.
• Overtime: Paid after 50 hours worked in a week.
• Clear Tenure Increases:
  • Starting / 1 Year of Service: $28.18/hr
  • 2 Years of Service: $29.05/hr
  • 3+ Years of Service: $30.50/hr

Shift & Schedule Expectations

This is a high-earning opportunity for drivers who value consistent daily home time and don't mind putting in solid hours.

• Current Start Times: 18:00 (6:00 PM) and 21:00 (9:00 PM). Please note: No 1st shift positions are currently available.
• Daily Hours: Expect to work between 8 to 14 hours per day (with an 8-hour daily guarantee).
• Flexibility: Must be willing to work assigned start times and any shift.
• Weekends: Saturday work is required 3 times per month.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following baseline criteria:

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 months of Class A commercial driving experience.
• Geography: Must live within 50 miles of Fort Wayne, IN (Commutable distance daily).
• Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts and required Saturday rotations.
