IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Rosetta Stone team to accelerate business growth across Greater China and Emerging Asia Pacific markets. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing new business and supporting customer expansion.

We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping organizations achieve their learning and talent development goals.

This position requires you to be in our Beijing, China, office. This full-time role requires up to 50% travel across the Asia Pacific region. #LI-EM1

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Drive new business growth across Greater China and emerging Asia Pacific markets
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs to deliver consultative, value-based solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and account-based selling
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and go-to-market initiatives
  • Represent Rosetta Stone at education technology, HR, and Learning & Development conferences and industry events across Asia Pacific
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience and identify opportunities for retention, renewal, and account expansion
  • Support implementation activities when required by coordinating with key client stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive developments, and customer challenges to effectively position Rosetta Stone solutions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of selling software, SaaS, or learning solutions using a consultative or value-based sales approach
  • Experience selling to enterprise Education institutions and/or Corporate HR, Learning & Development (L&D), or Talent Management teams
  • Demonstrated success generating new business through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and account-based outreach
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills
  • Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and virtual meeting tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as business needs require
