Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling consultations with new and existing clients and leads, describing our services and skincare products with expert knowledge and consistency.
  • Meet with each new client to provide an overview of our services, create a custom treatment plan aligned with their goals, and ensure they feel comfortable and well educated about our full range of offerings.
  • Build rapport and close sales by explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing financing contracts with lenders such as Cherry and CareCredit.
  • Work closely with providers to ensure every client has a treatment plan, driving return visits and future business.
  • In partnership with the Spa Manager and location providers, serve as a brand ambassador in the local community and identify new ways to drive traffic into the spa.
  • Grow revenue from existing clients by evaluating their current aesthetic treatment plans, recommending complementary services and products, and reviewing provider schedules and client histories to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to current and potential clients to drive bookings and results.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM, logging all customer interactions.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure streamlined processes.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with peers and achieve results with a win-together mentality.
  • Serve as a role model and mentor to the client concierge/front desk team to ensure a top-notch client experience in both the front of house and treatment rooms.
  • Assist the front desk with operational responsibilities as needed, including new client paperwork, check-in/check-out, inventory counts, and client communication.
  • Complete the full sales process for each client, including but not limited to: securing signed membership contracts, processing points redemption in Allē/Aspire systems, properly closing out third-party payors, and following up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Needed

  • Previous sales experience of 2+ year(s)
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with proper etiquette.
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic personality with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Must Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
  • Must maintain a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation.
  • Must have sound judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to reach above shoulder height, crawl, kneel, and push/pull up 50 lbs.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work in spa locations within the immediate vicinity as needed.
