Residential Service Plumber

Job Description:

AP Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Plumber for their Syracuse, NY, location. The plumber will be dedicated to delivering top-quality service, making our customers’ homes safe and comfortable while maintaining our high standards for safety and quality.

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential settings
• Repair and replace pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance checks and routine inspections
• Accurately quote plumbing services and explain repairs to homeowners
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in residential plumbing
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25-34. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
