Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77081About IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino
IRONCLAD powered by Mersino is a national provider of liquid storage, dewatering, and environmental rental solutions serving the energy, industrial, petrochemical, and construction markets. Formed through the merger of Ironclad Environmental and Mersino Dewatering, the combined company operates a multi-branch network across Texas, Louisiana, California, the Upper Midwest, and other key industrial regions, delivering rental fleet, engineered water management, and liquid containment solutions to customers who depend on uptime, safety, and technical expertise.
About the Role
The Regional Solutions Specialist is a technical and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for leading complex dewatering, and groundwater management projects across an assigned region. This role brings together deep dewatering expertise with hands-on project management accountability – owning solutions from design and proposal through mobilization, execution, and close-out.
Operating at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Fleet, and Customer Solutions, the Regional Dewatering Solutions Specialist partners closely with Branch teams, Sales, TSG, and customers to develop practical, safe, efficient, and cost-effective dewatering and groundwater management solutions that win work, improve execution, reduce operational risk, and expand market share.
This is a highly visible, field-oriented role requiring deep dewatering engineering knowledge combined with strong project management capability and commercial awareness.
