Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and activities related to the operation of its store;
• Ensures the application of standards, procedures and programs established by New Look;
• Ensure quality customer service that meets the company's standards of excellence;
• Adjust contact lenses and advise the client with their use;
• Ensure the quality and conformity of ophthalmic products sold by analyzing lenses, inspecting frames, cutting and repairs;
• Perform any other professional act reserved for an optician;
• Train new employees and support their professional development;
• Be an ambassador for a company committed to the environment and its local community.

Requirements

• Be a member of the College of Dispensing Opticians in his/her province;
• Have a minimum of five years of experience managing a sales team;
• Have obtained significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs;
• Leadership, ability to communicate, to motivate and mobilize a sales team;
• Organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure;
• Bilingualism (English, French).
