YOUR ROLE
As a sales consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism;
- Help them choose frames based on their style, needs, and personality;
- Introduce them to our collections, trends, and new arrivals;
- Actively contribute to achieving the clinic’s goals;
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish;
- Help showcase our products and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the clinic;
- Work collaboratively with a team of passionate opticians, optometrists, and other professionals.

You’re a cheerful, dynamic person who’s naturally comfortable around people.
You love fashion and trends, have a strong sense of customer service, and enjoy advising others.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but for us, attitude, personality, and a desire to learn matter most.
