Clinic hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Wednesday 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Job descriptions :
- Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
- Performing frame adjustments and repairs
- Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
- Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
- Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
- Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
- Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
- Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
- Submitting insurance payments for patients
- Scanning hard files

What do you need?
- High aptitude with computers
- Capacity to multitask, strong organization skills and efficient focus
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to communicate positively with people
- Comfortable taking and making phone calls
- Good learning skills
- High proficiency in English: be able to fluently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Works well in a team and independently
- Pervious Optical Sales experience required
