Optician – Vogue Optical
Vogue Optical is currently seeking a licensed Optician to join our fast-paced retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused team setting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be a licensed Optician in good standing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to follow company procedures and policies
- Evening and weekend availability may be required
- Knowledge of optical products and computer skills required
- Training provided where applicable
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide eyewear solutions according to prescriptions
- Accurately measure and fit eyewear for customers
- Deliver follow-up care and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals and deadlines
- Ensure reports and documentation are completed in a timely manner
