What You’ll Do as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Provide compassionate, in-home support that helps seniors live safely and independently
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety through ambulation assistance, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Promote health and well-being with medication reminders, documenting conditions, and reporting any concerns
- Create meaningful moments through engaging activities like puzzles, reading, and shared hobbies
What We Look for in a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Minimum of six (6) months of verifiable caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Valid two-step PPD or TB Gold
- A smartphone with the ability to download and use a timeclock app
- Strong work ethic and a history of dependable attendance
- A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
