About this role

We are looking for a Enterprise Account Executive with 5+ years of experience to own a territory and close six- and seven-figure deals selling our agentic AI platform to community banks and credit unions across the US. You'll join a profitable, $30M Series A company already trusted by 100+ financial institutions reaching over 10 million Americans. This is a hunter role — you'll be the CEO of your territory, leveraging inbound leads, BDRs, and sales engineers to acquire new logos. Deal cycles average 6–9 months with contracts averaging 5 years, and there's a clear path to elevated roles given the small, high-performing team.

What will you be doing?

Owning a defined geographic territory and driving new logo acquisition through a mix of inbound leads (~70%) and strategic outbound to named accounts

Qualifying prospects using MEDDIC methodology and managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close

Partnering with BDRs and sales engineers to build pipeline and deliver technical demos to senior decision-makers at financial institutions

Closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals with long-term (5-year) contract structures

Acting as the strategic owner of your region — deciding how to deploy resources, prioritize accounts, and hit quota
