Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Siding Project Manager
who can oversee projects with a strong focus on quality,
communication, and execution.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys
problem-solving, planning, and maintaining high standards throughout
every phase of a project.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with installers, suppliers, and homeowners
- Review materials, job specifications, and project details
- Verify measurement & order material for each project
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards
- Track progress and resolve project issues efficiently
- Maintain documentation and job organization
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the job and at job completion.
- Collect final payment at job completion
The Right Candidate Will:
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoy solving operational problems
- Communicate professionally and clearly
- Hold high standards for workmanship and follow-through
- Work well independently while managing multiple priorities
- Have experience in siding, construction, or project management

Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on a roof
Preferred Qualifications
- Siding or exterior construction experience
- Experience measuring/scoping projects
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience managing subcontractors or crews
- Comfortable using technology and project management systems
