Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Part Time
Location: Magnolias of Lancaster – Lancaster, PA
Pay: Starting at $15.60/hr + $1.00/hr weekend differential
Magnolias of Lancaster is hiring a Part-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our compassionate senior living team. If you're caring, dependable, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you!
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Every Other Weekend: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, respectful care
- Promote resident safety and independence
- Work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications
- Caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- CPR certification preferred
