As a Bartender at Inspiration Brewing Co., you set the tone behind the bar — crafting quality cocktails and pours while keeping service quick, personable, and on pace.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve cocktails, draft beer, wine, and other beverages with speed and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Proactively pre-bus and reset bar seating as guests turn over
- Confidently upsell cocktails, beer flights, and food pairings
- Manage time effectively across bar seating and ticket volume during busy shifts
- Build rapport with guests, offering knowledgeable recommendations from our in-house beer list
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff as part of a team-first environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of bartending experience
- Cocktail experience required
- Craft beer knowledge preferred
- Strong time management and the ability to give prompt, effective service
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude and a genuine team player
AVAILABILITY
- Weekend availability required
- Part-time availability of 3–4 shifts per week
License/Certification:
- PA RAMP Server/Seller Certificate (Required)
