About this role
As an FP&A Intern, you may:
- Assist with monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the preparation and distribution of management reporting and financial performance dashboards.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational business decisions.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with finance team members on budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning initiatives.
Preferred Majors
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, and Business Administration
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Excel experience through coursework, projects, or prior work experience
- Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
