A young man in the Bloomsburg, PA area is seeking a MALE Direct Support Professional to join his team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and ready to help him build confidence, independence, and daily living skills.
$150 SIGN ON BONUS
💵 Competitive Pay & Benefits
Starting at $18–$20/hr based on experience
Mileage reimbursement for all travel
Part‑time to start, with the opportunity to grow into full‑time hours

Support daily living skills and personal goals
Encourage independence and community involvement
Provide consistent, respectful, person‑centered care
Help create structure, routine, and positive experiences
📍 Location
Bloomsburg, PA and surrounding areas
✔️ Ideal Candidate
Male DSP or caregiver
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Patient, encouraging, and dependable
Experience with intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
