$15/hour | Weekday Evenings + Saturday Daytime
Independent Home Health is hiring a dependable, compassionate Caregiver for an immediate opening with a client in Selinsgrove, PA.
Current Schedule
Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
💰 $15/hour
About This Opportunity
This client requires total care and uses a wheelchair. We're looking for someone comfortable providing hands-on personal care, mobility assistance and transfers. The case requires use of swivel transfer and gait belt for assistance as needed.
Depending on the shift, you'll help with:
Getting in and out of bed and wheelchair
Transfer and mobility assistance
Toileting and personal hygiene
Showering or bed baths
Denture care
Meal preparation and assistance
Getting ready for bed
Laundry and light housekeeping
Companionship

What We're Looking For
You must be 18 or older, dependable, caring and patient, have reliable transportation, be able to complete required background checks, and be comfortable providing total care, personal care and hands-on transfer assistance.
Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required. Experience with wheelchair transfers, gait belts, personal care or total-care clients is a plus.
