What You'll Do
As the primary provider, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient education and quality care
- Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform restorative, cosmetic, preventative, and emergency dental procedures
- Build lasting relationships with patients and become their trusted oral healthcare provider
- Collaborate with specialists and an experienced clinical team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Passion for continued clinical growth and learning
- New graduates with strong mentorship goals and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
