Limited-Time Hiring Incentive – Up to $6,000
Earn an additional $500/month during your first 12 months — up to $6,000 in additional compensation. Use it where it matters most to you: childcare, commuting, student loans, or simply extra income.

Requirements:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including periodontal therapies, prophy's, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide recommendations for at-home care
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment
- Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history in dental software
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide excellent patient care
Requirements:
- Valid Illinois Dental Hygiene License
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
