- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions) using four-handed dentistry techniques
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and patient safety
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
- Manage patient records and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Provide chair-side patient comfort and support throughout treatment
- Educate patients on oral hygiene care and post-procedure instructions
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked
- Support emergency dental cases with calm, professional demeanor
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential
- Radiology certification required
- Completion of a dental assistant training program or equivalent hands-on experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
