About this role

The role of the Project Coordinator typically assists with configuration management, supply chain management, vendor and logistics management, and product procurement. This role requires strategic thinking and problem-solving. The Project Coordinator may lead and work with cross-functional teams to manage changes, perform risk analyses, and execute risk mitigation plans to support project builds.

Primary Duties within varied scope of work and expectations will range from:

Plans material demand, inventory control and logistics readiness from vendors to OEMs and/or office

Submits purchase requisitions, tracks purchase orders, submits goods receipts and processes procurement invoices

Maintains the budget

Reviews and approves change orders and provides feedback when necessary Manages the logistics of ordering and tracking parts for early prototyping and

engineering builds throughout development

Manages communication with vendors and contracted manufacturing partners closely to drive and track materials and shipments

Troubleshoots any issues

Organizes meetings as required for reviewing documents and approvals to implement ECOs and Deviations

Supports local build activities by receiving shipments, tracks and organizes inventory, and kits materials to an assembly line

Identifies and documents business requirements

Provides standard coordination support, to include scheduling, product development, and tracking/follow-up of issues and action items

Communicates relevant information to veracious levels of partners, business groups and management

Prepares weekly dashboards and reports

Communicates ideas for improving processes within the site and organization Works with management on initiatives as directed

Additional Accountabilities:

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience for Success for varied Client SOW:

 Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining large quantities of data in spreadsheets

 Understands project controls and how they affect project completion  Understands change order principles

 Possesses meticulous attention to detail

 Possesses ability to react to changes in a time-sensitive environment  Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills

 Possesses a high level of proficiency with no supervision for daily tasks and able to work on multiple projects at a time

 Possesses ability to work in large cross-functional team environments

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

 Demonstrated experience working with vendors, purchasing, and logistics

 Demonstrated experience developing and structuring BOMs for hardware products desired

 Demonstrated experience with PLM tools

 Demonstrated experience with Agile principles

 Demonstrated experience within Data Center Operations

 Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, often up to 40 pounds

o Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment

o Ability to stand for extended periods while performing tasks in various work environments

o Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas efficiently

o Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel for equipment-related tasks

o Possess good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components and connectors

o Possess ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables

o Possess ability to move quickly and efficiently within various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies

o Possess ability to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facility

o Possess ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow

o Possess capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
