Misión del puesto:
Impulsar una cultura organizacional más justa, inclusiva y equitativa que fortalezca tanto a las personas como al negocio, así como asegurar que todas las personas dentro de la organización se sientan valoradas, respetadas y con igualdad de oportunidades, contribuyendo al mismo tiempo al desempeño y sostenibilidad del negocio a través de diversas iniciativas que impulsen indicadores de igualdad, integración e inclusión.
Principales responsabilidades:
Colaborar en el diseño e implementación de la estrategia integrada de JEDI, alineada con la misión, visión y objetivos de negocio de OXXO y FEMSA.
Establecer e Impulsar las prioridades de JEDI, así como sumar en la sinergia y conexión con la alta dirección, JEDI FEMSA y gerentes regionales de Recursos Humanos, Especialistas de JEDI y otros equipos multifuncionales para integrar los planes de JEDI en todos los niveles de la organización estableciendo prioridades y seguimiento a los objetivos definidos a través de indicadores que den visibilidad del progreso mediante métricas e informes relevantes.
Establecer e Impulsar las prioridades de JEDI, así como sumar en la sinergia y conexión con la alta dirección, JEDI FEMSA y gerentes regionales de Recursos Humanos, Especialistas de JEDI y otros equipos multifuncionales para integrar los planes de JEDI en todos los niveles de la organización estableciendo prioridades y seguimiento a los objetivos definidos a través de indicadores que den visibilidad del progreso mediante métricas e informes relevantes.
Realizar evaluaciones y encuestas periódicas para medir el éxito de las iniciativas, utilizando insights basados en datos para informar y ajustar los programas.
