About this role

As a Field Estimator, you’ll estimate restoration and reconstruction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
Perform Recon Estimates with the ability to do mitigation estimates.
Usage of Symbility, Cotality, and/or Xactimate software.
Strong understanding of TPA (Third Party Administrator) work.
Manage day-to-day project estimates.
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety, and environmental standards.
Oversee contract execution and invoice generation by working closely with the project administrator.
Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, and estimates.
Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
Low to moderate travel may be required for training and workload.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time estimating experience (restoration experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction operations.
- Experience with multi-family, hotel, or multi-building facility projects a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Must be self-motivated.
- Excellent driving record and clean background check.
- Two professional references.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting (25–50 lbs.), and hands-on site work. You may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Work environments range from quiet office settings to moderately loud job sites.
