Role Purpose:

Expand and strategically develop the water treatment sector, focusing on industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. The goal is to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers in the municipal sewage plant sector and industrial wastewater treatment (Food & Beverage, Chemicals, etc.).
- Promote our specialty chemicals (flocculants, coagulants, defoamers, etc.).
- Assist customers with on-site process optimization, including industrial trials and testing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, plant operators, technical managers, and engineering firms.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare quotes and manage tender processes (particularly within the municipal sector).

Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Chemistry, Environmental, or Process Engineering.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in water chemistry, ideally with specific expertise in industrial wastewater treatment.
- An existing customer portfolio in the municipal sector or relevant industrial contacts within the DACH region.
- Proficient in handling technical applications and conducting on-site trials.
- Strong presence in technical consultations and negotiations.
- High willingness to travel within France and Benelux region.
- Native or fluent in French and professional proficiency in English. Dutch is a plus.
