About this role
We are looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our Arizona market, supporting a portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 dental practices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, developing people, solving business challenges, and helping doctors and teams turn their goals into measurable results.
As a ROM, you will partner directly with our doctors, Office Managers, and support center teams to strengthen practice performance, develop future leaders, improve the patient experience, and drive sustainable growth.
This is more than managing a group of practices. You will have the opportunity to shape a market, influence the success of our doctors and teams, and help build the next generation of leaders at Imagen.
Why This Opportunity
- Join a growing organization built around partnership, accountability, and practice growth.
- Step into a role created through internal promotion, demonstrating Imagen's commitment to developing our people and creating meaningful career opportunities.
- Lead a portfolio of 10 to 15 practices and have a direct impact on their operational, financial, and cultural performance.
- Become a trusted business partner to doctors, helping translate their clinical vision and practice goals into actionable strategies and measurable results.
- Develop Office Managers and emerging leaders, helping build stronger teams and creating a leadership pipeline within the Arizona market.
- Influence growth across production, profitability, patient experience, recruiting, retention, team development, and operational performance.
- Partner with an experienced support center team that provides the resources, tools, and expertise to help you and your practices succeed.
What You'll Do
- Lead the non clinical operations and overall business performance of 10 to 15 supported dental practices across Arizona.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with doctors and Office Managers while serving as a strategic business partner to each practice.
- Develop and execute practice growth plans focused on production, profitability, patient experience, team performance, and operational excellence.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identify opportunities, and turn data into clear action plans with measurable outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Office Managers and practice leaders to build confident, accountable, and high performing teams.
- Own regional performance against budgets, forecasts, KPIs, revenue, profitability, and other key business objectives.
- Partner with Recruiting and practice leadership on workforce planning, hiring, retention, and talent development.
- Drive adoption of Imagen initiatives, technology, best practices, and growth strategies across the market.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, RCM, Clinical Support, Integration, and other support center teams to ensure practices have the resources they need to succeed.
- Be the person doctors and practice leaders call when they need a thought partner, a solution, or someone willing to roll up their sleeves and help get it done.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success is not just a number on a P&L.
Practices are growing. Leaders are developing. Teams are engaged. Doctors feel supported. Patients are receiving an exceptional experience.
You will know you are making an impact when the Office Managers you coach become stronger leaders, the practices you support consistently improve, and the Arizona market becomes a stronger, more connected, and higher performing region.
Most importantly, your success will be measured by the success of the leaders and practices you develop.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay including yearly bonus.
- Benefit package including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and pet care.
- Matching 401K.
- Holidays and generous PTO.
- Opportunities for development and growth.
Why Imagen?
At Imagen, we are building more than a network of dental practices. We are building a partnership where doctors can focus on clinical excellence while strong operational leaders help create the environment for their practices to thrive.
This role is an opportunity to be a meaningful part of that mission.
If you are energized by people, motivated by growth, comfortable with accountability, and excited about helping doctors and teams win, we want to hear from you.
