Responsibilities

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Welcome and warmly greet every patient with genuine enthusiasm — you'll be the heart and soul of their dental visit.

  • Create efficient, patient-friendly schedules that keep our practice running smoothly while maximizing patient satisfaction.

  • Manage patient documents and records.

  • Build meaningful connections and foster patient loyalty through consistently exceptional, compassionate interactions.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in a dental office, medical office, or high-end customer service role where you thrived in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven experience going above and beyond for customers or patients
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals with excellence and initiative
  • Natural problem-solving skills and the adaptability to learn, innovate, and grow in a dynamic dental environment
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Working knowledge of dental operations and practice management
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits 
  • Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
