Highgrove Dental, located in the heart of Highland Park in Saint Paul, is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator. Responsibilities
As our Dental Insurance Coordinator, you will:
Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
Develop productive schedules.
Manage patient documents and records.
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience presenting treatment to patients in a dental office
- 2+ years experience coordinating insurance and collecting payments at time of service
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience listening to patients and helping them understand their benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Dental operations
- Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
