We’re growing and looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and ready to thrive as a respected provider.
💰 Compensation
- Starting Pay: $47 - $52/hr based on experience
- Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly
Schedule:
- Monday and Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday and Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:00pm

Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
- Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
- Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
- Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
- Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
- Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
- Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
✅ Required Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years' experience as a Dental Hygiene experience
- Active AZ license in good standing
- Warm and Friendly personalities welcomed!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Laser certifed but not required
