At Regarding Dentistry, we're seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental team. This is a full-time opportunity working just 4 days per week, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work.
Compensation: Starting at $53/hr and can increase based on experience
Hygiene Bonus program: Additional potential monthly compensation
Sign on Bonus: $5,000

🗓️ Schedule-4 day work week!
- Monday: 7am -5:00pm
- Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday: 7:15am -5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:30am -4:00pm
- Friday: 7:15am -2:00pm
- Saturday: OFF
- Sunday: OFF
Responsibilities
Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist
🦷 Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Take and review digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Active Dental Hygienist license in MN
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Experience preferred but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
