We’re growing and looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and ready to thrive as a respected provider.
💰 Compensation
- Starting Pay: $43-$48/hr based on experience
- Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly
- Sign on Bonus: $5,000
🗓️ Schedule:
👉 Mondays - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with Fridays in the future!
✅ Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients

Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Take and review digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Active MI license in good standing
- Warm and Friendly personalities welcomed!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Laser certified but not required
