About the Role
The Water Park Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role provides active supervision of the pool slide and water park area, enforces safety guidelines, and supports daily water park operations.
Essential Functions
- Provide guidance to rules posted for the use of the water slide
- Ensure that guests are adhering to published rules and are being safe while slide is operating
- Ensure that slide is in good repair at all times
- Check chemical levels in pool/spa. Making sure they fall in the required limits according to state law.
- Keep pool area clean and in good condition. Making sure that towels are stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Follow all policies and procedures set forth by management, brand guidance, as well as Management Company.
- Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Keep work areas, pool room, and back of house clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications Experience
- Lifeguard experience preferred.

Availability
Scheduling may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
