What you will do…

Prepare patients for medical eye exams by performing preliminary diagnostic testing
Accurately document patient history and vision concerns using our electronic health record (EHR) system
Complete prior authorizations for prescribed medications
Deliver excellent patient care in line with our mission and values
Work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teammates
Ensure a positive and efficient patient experience from start to finish

What we require…

Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prior ophthalmic technician or medical assisting experience is a plus (but not required — we will train!)
