What You’ll Build

Own projects from pursuit through closeout, including estimating, project execution, and client management.
Review plans and specifications to develop accurate budgets, scopes, and proposals.
Lead subcontractor and supplier bidding, leveling, and buyout processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors to drive repeat business.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance.
Oversee submittals, RFIs, and procurement to keep projects moving efficiently.
Coordinate closely with field teams to resolve issues and maintain quality standards.
Lead project meetings, communication, and reporting with clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for additional work, change orders, and future projects.
Drive project closeout, ensuring documentation is complete and the client experience is strong.

QualificationsWhat You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5–10 years of construction experience through a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar career path.
Experience managing projects with direct ownership of scope, schedule, and budget.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Experience with Viewpoint, Procore, and scheduling software such as Phoenix or similar platforms preferred.
Commitment to following all OSHA, EPA, ODH, company, and site-specific safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position works in an office environment and on active construction sites with heavy machinery and advanced safety requirements.
