About this role
We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join Husch Blackwell's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team in Phoenix. You'll handle complex commercial litigation matters for high-profile clients—including a major transportation industry client—and have the opportunity to grow on a national platform with significant client exposure.
What will you be doing?
Managing all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal court
Conducting factual investigations, discovery, and taking depositions
Drafting pleadings, arguing motions, and participating in mediations
Working closely with partners on matters in the transportation and supply chain space
Communicating directly with clients and helping articulate legal strategies
Key Requirements
3–7 years of commercial litigation experience (class year 2023 or earlier)
Active Arizona bar license or commitment to obtain one promptly
Experience across all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, and motions practice
Based in the Phoenix, AZ area (hybrid schedule available)
Transportation industry experience is a strong plus but not required
