Huntleigh USA is seeking reliable, customer-focused Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This is a fast-paced airport environment where exceptional service and safety are top priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor

Assist passengers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)

Safely transport passengers throughout airport locations as requested

Provide general information and directions to passengers

Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, staff, and the general public

Coordinate with dispatch and airline gate agents for passenger assistance assignments

Comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and procedures

Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual occurrences

Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track passenger trips

Perform other duties as assigned

Available Shifts (8-hour shifts)

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

12:00 PM – 7:30 PM

2:00 PM – 9:30 PM

5:00 PM – Last Flight (may vary between 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM)
