Proactively monitor and adjust production activities to exceed workflow and production goals. Champion safety protocols and company policies to maintain an exemplary working environment. Conduct in-depth team performance evaluations, providing mentorship and advanced professional development. Innovatively address production challenges to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure product quality surpasses company and industry standards. Drive process enhancements and champion cutting-edge production efficiency initiatives. Oversee comprehensive machinery maintenance and repairs to ensure peak operational performance.
