Responsibilities:

  • Learn about our products and components
  • Maintain phone and e-mail support for customers
  • Take service parts orders and provide quotes to customers
  • Communicate with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and labor
  • Processing of labor warranty authorizations and providing them to customers
  • Coordinating with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty part requests
  • Manage backorders
  • Process purchase orders for customers
  • Review of field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claims
  • Coordinate shipments and returns of service parts
  • Resolve customer inquiries

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong desire to learn and be open to a multi faceted position
