Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the HVAC industry
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple software systems to track customer data and manage sales processes
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time)
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, and stand for long periods
- Capable of lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 75 lbs
- Ability to drive and sit for extended periods
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
