Position Summary
Cacique International is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content that supports the company's brands, products, and marketing initiatives. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality graphics for print, digital media, advertising campaigns, packaging, promotional materials, social media, and corporate communications while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Brand Development
Design marketing and promotional materials including flyers, brochures, mood boards and design decks
Develop and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
Produce creative concepts and layouts that effectively communicate design messages to client specifications
Digital Content Creation
Create graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns.
Assist in the development of multimedia content including video graphics, presentations, and motion graphics.
Optimize designs for various digital platforms and screen formats.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.
Production & Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production partners to ensure quality output.
Prepare final artwork files according to production specifications.
Review proofs and ensure accuracy before printing or publication.
Administrative Duties
Maintain organized archives of design files, templates, and brand assets.
Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and design best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
Associate's Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with video editing and motion graphics software is an asset.
Knowledge of print production processes and digital marketing platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.

Working Conditions
Primarily office-based with occasional attendance at promotional events, photoshoots, and events sites.
May be required to work additional hours and travel.
