About this role

Major Responsibilities 
1.    Order Management: Process and manage export orders from receipt through to shipment & collection.
2.    Documentation: Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
3.    Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to export orders, providing timely and accurate information.
4.    Coordination: Work closely with logistics, warehouse production teams and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
5.    Accounts Receivable Collection: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any discrepancies.
6.    Compliance: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations and company policies.
7.    Communication: Maintain regular communication with sales representatives, customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export processes.
8.    Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on export activities and performance metrics.
9.    Sustainability: Promote and implement sustainable practices, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.

Qualifications
1.    Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
2.    Experience: In customer service, export logistics, or a related field preferred.
3.    Languages: Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin is a must. Other languages are optional.
4.    Strong understanding of export documentation and procedures.
5.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
7.    Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
8.    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
