We’re seeking a unique individual who will embody the heart and soul of the Fort Worth Stockyards while caring deeply about our brand and community – someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. This person is driven to create meaningful experiences for our employees, guests, and community.

SEASONAL ROLE TO END THE WEEK OF 01/05/2026.

Essential responsibilities include

Embody the shared values of Hotel Drover.
Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
Assist guests with luggage handling.
Escort guests to their rooms.
Provide directions and information to guests.
Maintain the appearance of the lobby and public areas.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies.
Support team to reach common goals.
Comply with service standards and quality expectations.
Conduct and log monthly vehicle mileage and damage inspections.
Handle guest luggage upon arrival and departure.
Track guest movement and communicate with housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant.
Maintain awareness of non-guests on property premises and communicate with Security, if necessary.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QualificationsMUST HAVES

Passion for creating an amazing experience for our guests.
Strong prioritization and organization skills.
Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Thoughtful communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities; passion for collaboration and providing administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to be flexible.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills.
Opera PMS experience preferred.
Marriott MGS + Bonvoy experience preferred.
