Position Purpose 

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Agent to ensure the safety and security 

of our guests, associates, and property. This role requires a proactive approach, attention 

to detail, and excellent communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Patrol and monitor hotel premises to prevent and respond to incidents. 

• Respond promptly to guest and staff concerns related to safety or security. 

• Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards. 

• Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations when needed. 

• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports. 

• Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities as needed. 

Requirements 

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred. 

• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. 

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. 

• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one, if required by local regulations.
