Captain – Take the Helm and Create Unforgettable Experiences on the Water!
Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.
Position Summary
Join City Cruises as a Captain and lead vessel operations while delivering safe, memorable experiences for every guest. This role combines maritime leadership, exceptional service, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Command and safely operate passenger vessels.
- Lead and develop crew members.
- Ensure Coast Guard compliance and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-cruise planning and emergency drills.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Support vessel maintenance and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Current 100-Ton Captain License.
- 5+ years of marine experience.
- Strong vessel handling and navigation skills.
- Leadership experience and safety-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
