Shift: 2nd Shift 5:00pm-3:00am

Pay: $22.60 with $1.00 shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Food Quality Responsibilities: This position monitors food quality attributes during production runs. Must verify quality program records. Implements Process Quality Control programs as follows: monitors and/or verifies process control checks (scale verification, slice count, etc.). Monitors documentation of the label verification program and the product formulation program. 
  • Auditing & HACCP Plan Responsibilities: Performs GMP audits in production areas and must correct and help retrain other team members as appropriate. Trained as a HACCP Authority, where applicable, to verify and preship HACCP records. Performs audits on the documentation of process and HACCP records. Performs a section of routine internal process and facility audits, which includes detailed documentation of findings and subsequent follow-up verification of corrective actions.
  • Works with USDA and 3rd party auditors as needed and helps maintain, coordinate, and provide continuous improvement to other Programs as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Must have 1 year consistent work history in a food manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, reading, writing, speaking
