About this role

Responsibilities:

  • With guidance of FSQ Manager or Supervisor, the FSQ lead will lead and guide current FSQ Auditors in an assigned area to ensure audits are being completed in a timely manner.
  • Will work cross-functionally to determine corrective actions and preventative measures. Including tagging product and utilizing the AS400 system.
  • Will train production professionals and FSQ Auditors on Food Safety and Quality topics. Also train others on AS400, QCOC, Master item, etc.
  • Will manage several FSQ Programs which affect the number of items the Progressive Processing Plan creates.
  • Will review and update various plant programs including HACCP plans, SSOP, sanitation programs, and various quality/food safety specifications and processes.
  • Will fill in as a vacation relief for the FSQ Manager or Supervisor in the designated area.
  • The incumbent performs other duties as assigned by management. 

 

Qualifications:   

  • Will have good working knowledge of Company food safety programs such as HACCP, SSOP, and other various food safety processes.
  • Experience with personal computers to include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and/or custom software.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative to solve problems.

 

Starting Wages: $19.75-$27.75
