Job Description
The Sewer Specialist is responsible for evaluating, estimating, and selling sewer-related work to residential and commercial customers. This position plays a critical role in the success of the sales team by accurately diagnosing sewer problems, educating customers on available solutions, and closing high-value repair and replacement projects. The Sewer Specialist works closely with field technicians, operations, and customer service to deliver excellent service and meet monthly sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose sewer line issues using camera inspections and other tools
Educate customers on sewer solutions and provide professional sales presentations
Build detailed estimates and proposals for repair or replacement work
Communicate with dispatch, install crews, and customers to schedule and coordinate jobs
Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, and sales outcomes
Follow up with open estimates and track customer touchpoints
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing the company brand with integrity
