Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable candidate who is a team player to join our team as a Material Handling 1 in our Accessories department.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull components and materials as needed to stage for the upholstery department. 
  • Use handheld mobile device. 
  • Use dollies and carts to move frames and other materials to line up and stage for production. 
  • Move quickly between departments with minimal distraction to pull products and return to upholstery area. 
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds or up to 100 pounds as furniture frames can weigh this much. 
  • Be able to match production numbers on different components to ensure accurate product flow
  • Work in a team environment to continue work flow to upholstery teams

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience working in a manufacturing plant or warehouse. 
  • Have excellent attendance 
  • Have a positive attitude and like working in a team with daily goals to achieve 
  • Have basic computer skills. 
  •  {C}{C}Adaptable and proactive mindset in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

 

Shift: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4:30pm & Friday 7a-11a

Pay: Depends on experience
