We are currently hiring a Maintenance Tech I at our properties in Italian Village. The Maintenance Tech I position is an entry level position focused on grounds, cleanliness and assisting with basic property upkeep. This is a good opportunity to learn more about maintenance.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, and grounds.
Assist with maintenance tasks
Assist with unit turns
Swimming pool maintenance/cleaning if applicable
Observe and learn as much as possible about general maintenance
Other tasks as directed and assigned.
Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50 pounds
