Responsibilities

Supervise CNA students during clinical training in accordance with Utah Nurse Aide Registry (UNAR) requirements.
Guide students in providing safe, compassionate patient care.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with infection control, resident rights, and facility policies.
Complete clinical attendance and evaluation documentation.
Collaborate with the Program Director and instructional team to support student success.

Qualifications

Active Utah Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including one (1) year caring for elderly or chronically ill patients, as required by Utah Nurse Aide Registry (UNAR).
Current CPR certification.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation to assigned clinical sites.

Preferred

Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience.
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or assisted living.
