You Bring:

• 3-5 years marketing project coordination experience.
• Strong project administration and reporting experience.
• Marketing campaign management experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software proficiency.
• Quality focused, results driven, and deadline orientated.
• Experience with project management best practices.

A bonus to have:

• Previous experience leading or mentoring junior coordinators advantageous

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Operational

Project Coordination and Supervision

• Support the Marketing Project Manager in planning and executing marketing projects.
• Assist/oversee the development, planning and execution of marketing strategies, brand initiatives, promotional campaigns and content plans.
• Coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, events, activations and promotional initiatives.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Project Coordinators.
• Ensure project timelines, milestones and deliverables are monitored and achieved.
• Review project schedules and identify risks or delays.
• Escalate project concerns and proposed solutions to the Marketing Project Manager.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with internal departments, creative teams, agencies and suppliers.
• Ensure project briefs are clear, accurate and aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and changes.

Reporting and Administration

• Prepare project status reports, project plans and progress dashboards.
• Track project budgets and expenditure.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure project governance requirements are consistently met.

Process Improvement

• Assist in developing and improving marketing project processes.
• Identify and implement efficiencies to improve project delivery.
• Support reporting and performance analysis across marketing initiatives.
